Research notes

Docs name Codex and Claude Code as selectable harnesses but do not state the launch mechanism. Remote means the Devices feature (tembo CLI on your own machine), which is rolling out gradually; self-hosting is a packaged enterprise image with a license key. The tembo GitHub org publishes SDK, MCP and Raycast repos but no product source, and tembo/tembo is a stub, so github is null. Docs list a Migrate from Conductor guide stating Conductor Cloud goes read-only 2026-11-13 and shuts down 2026-11-20. A Claude subscription connection is personal; a ChatGPT one can also be workspace-wide. Re-checked against the full docs index (llms-full.txt): launch mechanism still not stated. The terms cover the hosted Service and do not address Tembo Desktop separately.
