Every answer that rules something out is a requirement. A tool scores 1 for yes, 0.5 for partial, 0.25 for unknown and 0 for no, because unknown means the research could not confirm it, not that the tool can’t do it. A tool that misses on where agents run, price or open source goes below every tool that doesn’t, whatever else it scores. Ties go to active tools first, then to your last answer, then to GitHub stars.
