A local daemon with desktop, mobile, web and CLI clients that runs many coding agents at once, each in its own worktree, on one or several machines.

Core features
- Sandboxed runsNo
Paseo publishes a Docker image that runs the daemon and its agents in one container, but you run and mount it yourself. Paseo does not set up a sandbox, and its Hub docs say its controls do not sandbox the agent.

Research notes
GitHub reports NOASSERTION only because of the preamble above the Apache text; the terms are Apache-2.0 for everything except third-party components. Codex integration is the codex app-server (packages/server/src/server/agent/providers/codex-app-server-agent.ts); Claude runs through the claude CLI using the Claude Agent SDK. The Paseo homepage FAQ says the product is free; the only paid item found is Hosted Hub Pro, so the record is freemium. Hosted Hub is a managed control plane: agents still run on your own daemons, so cloud is not listed under deployment. Codex also accepts an API key sign-in.
