Assign the issue to an agent.

A source-available issue board that assigns work to coding agents, which a daemon runs on connected machines while progress and results flow back to the issue.

GOOD FIT FOR

An issue-board workflow that hands work to agents on connected machines.

Core features

  • Sandboxed runsNo

The security docs say "Multica does not sandbox the filesystem for you.". Isolation is left to the user. Qoder Cloud Agents is a third-party runtime you connect, not something Multica sets up.

    Source
  • Diff review Partial

The run transcript shows each file edit as a diff, per this code comment. Docs show no diff of a whole run or branch; pull requests show only change size and open on the code host.

Pricing

Self-hosting and internal use are free. Hosted cloud shows 'Start free trial' and 'Talk to sales' but no published prices. Commercial licenses for hosted or embedded use go through sales.

Platforms

Web; desktop for macOS, Windows, Linux; iPhone and iPad app that builds from source and is not yet on the App Store; multica CLI; Slack, Telegram, Feishu and DingTalk bots.

Research notes

License: GitHub's NOASSERTION is correct, because this is not plain Apache-2.0. Part I adds conditions, and the file says neither part grants rights alone. Hosting Multica for third parties, even free, or embedding it in a commercial product needs a commercial license. The Multica logo, name and attribution in any Multica UI cannot be removed without a written waiver. Contributors agree the producer (Index Labs (Hong Kong) Limited) may change the license. Internal self-hosting is allowed. Marked open_source no because Multica itself says source-available, even though the repo is public. Pricing caveat: freemium rests on the free self-host path plus the trial button and sales contact; no price page exists (/pricing is a 404), so paid hosted terms are unverified. Integration read from code: server/pkg/agent/codex.go uses codex app-server; claude.go runs the CLI with stream-json. Own subscription is yes because docs say a runtime uses the tool already signed in and that Multica does not provide the tool's account, subscription or quota; neither docs page names a ChatGPT plan specifically. BYOK happens in the underlying tool's setup or in an agent's custom_env, which docs warn is stored in plaintext on the Multica server. Hosted Multica Cloud is a control plane: agents run on your daemons or connected runtimes, so cloud is not listed, and Qoder Cloud Agents is a third-party remote runtime. The tool count varies by page (20+, 28, 29). Re-checked: the site still shows only Start free trial and Talk to sales, with no published price.
