Desktop GUI that runs your installed, logged-in coding-agent CLIs as tabbed sessions, with worktrees, review tools and remote hosts over SSH.
A desktop GUI around agent CLIs you already have installed.
Core features
- Sandboxed runsNo
README, docs, changelog and code searched for sandbox, Docker, container, VM, Landlock, Seatbelt and bubblewrap. No sandbox for agents found. Remote hosts and provider permission modes are not sandboxes the tool sets up.
- Diff review YesSource
- Agent coordination YesSource
- Scheduled tasks YesSource
- Event triggers YesSource

No paid tier found: MIT licensed, no pricing page (usemono.dev/pricing is 404), no billing or license-key code found, and the README says it sells no tokens.
Platforms
macOS (Apple silicon, Intel), Windows, Linux; iOS public beta per the site, Expo app in mobile/. Tauri is the production app, Rust + GPUI Native is an experimental preview.
Research notes
Per docs/native/parity.md, Claude Code runs over stream-json and Codex over app-server. BYOK is narrow: the only documented key path is Grok's XAI_API_KEY in the changelog. Provider docs for Claude and Codex cover only CLI logins, and managed account profiles explicitly strip ANTHROPIC_API_KEY and OPENAI_API_KEY from the launch environment. Remote sessions are labelled experimental. The site is JS-rendered with very little text. The product is spelled both Monocode and MonoCode.
