Research notes
Repo README and GitHub description call it an 'orchestration-builder SDK', and it hardcodes no roles, but it is usable directly: Homebrew install, gc init, gc sling, and a quickstart run real sessions. FAQ says Gas Town's machinery was extracted into it and the same engine can run Gas Town as a pack. Default session runtime is tmux; subprocess, exec, ACP, k8s, ssh:user@host and herdr are alternatives, so how agents launch varies by config. Upstream base_url/api_key overrides map to ANTHROPIC_* and OPENAI_* per harness. Docs live at docs.gascityhall.com. Marketing site now pitches 'software factory platform'.
