Python scheduler that decomposes a goal into tasks, runs CLI coding agents in isolated git worktrees, verifies their output and merges passing diffs, recording a replayable audit trail.

- Agent coordination YesSource
- Scheduled tasks Partial
Cron schedules and a worker are documented, but in the code the worker records each fire and drops the task it builds, so a fire may not start agents. Not run, only read.
Source - Event triggers YesSource
- Team collaboration Partial
A server can have user accounts with roles, but Bernstein is local-first with no invites or shared projects, and its own integrations page says the OIDC module is not wired in.

Research notes
Repo moved: chernistry/bernstein now resolves to sipyourdrink-ltd/bernstein. README states beta and solo-maintained. Positioning shifted to governance and also covers non-code deliverables, but the coding-agent path is the documented default. Claude own_subscription rests on first-run docs using claude login with no key; docs/adapters/auth-basis-volunteer-mode.md separately labels claude and codex auth basis as api_key, so the docs are not fully consistent. Hosted api.bernstein.run is stated as not yet available; Cloudflare Workers execution on the user's own account is experimental, so deployment lists local only.
